PLOW YOUR OWN FIELDS: Seeds cannot be planted until the earth is plowed. Consider that in terms of learning and improving your skills. What makes you most receptive to new ideas is relating them to your experiences. You retain better when you apply what you read, hear and see to actual situations. Right or wrong, good or bad, all the results of past history can work for you. Just remember that awareness is only the beginning of the cure. To develop a new habit or skill, it takes at least thirty days of working practice. It is the repetition that serves as fertilizer to the new seeds you've planted in your consciousness. It is your desire, energy and ambition that will feed your future success. "When the door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we stare so long at the closed door that we don not see the one that has been opened for us." Helen Keller
